I was a bit new in town and looking for a place to work and explore the area. This stay with Ben was a real treat—definitely a hidden gem! The building was recently renovated with new appliances and flooring, so the space is immaculate with old-time charm. The care taken in providing all of the basics for a comfortable stay was evident, making it a nice home away from home. Being next to a park was a great plus since I have a dog. It's peaceful and other owners are inviting! Parking is easy to get in front of the building or nearby. Ben and team were fantastic hosts—extremely responsive and attentive. Would gladly stay with them again!

This is the second apartment I’ve stayed in with Ben as the host. As a travel nurse trying to find a long term apartment that feels like home can be difficult — Ben and his group make it easy. My dog and I stayed here for 3 months during a travel nurse contract and I would highly recommend! It’s very walkable to a ton of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. The neighborhood feels really safe and is conveniently located to get around Denver. The house itself is very nice, clean, and comfortable. There are separate units upstairs and downstairs, but it was very quiet and private. Parking on the street right outside of the house was also never an issue. The hosts were also very flexible with my check in and check out, and were very responsive and available via message. Would recommend!

I had a great stay at the apartment in the City Park neighborhood in Denver. I was located here during the summer for an internship in the downtown area. The location was unbeatable, with City Park just a block away, offering weekend events and great walking paths. I was able to bike from the apartment to downtown in <15 minutes. There is a weekly farmers market on Saturday just a short walk from the location which was a great way to stock up on local produce and meats. The apartment itself was clean and as depicted in the photos. In particular, I greatly appreciated all the cooking supplies and access to the 3rd floor balcony. The host was quite helpful when addressing my concerns and responded quickly to any maintenance requests. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you're looking for a long-term stay in the Denver area.

Really well maintained apartment, just as pictured - in fact it felt bigger in person! The bed and couch were really comfortable and my favorite aspect was the porch with seating - really beautiful in the mornings and evenings and great in the warmer weather. Ben's team was so responsive throughout the stay, which was so appreciated. The area is really central to many neighborhoods that you might want to visit, and has a nice little cluster of restaurants and stores in walking distance too. Parking was super easy which was a bonus.

Beautiful old building, with exposed brick. Good Internet to do work from each day and on-site laundry was definitely a plus. A very responsive host and staff with any questions I had. Very close to large city park to take a walk or run, very safe area.
